Viewing the document history can be useful to read back when you have created an invoice or quotation, sent it and when it was paid. Viewing when a document has been sent and/or received can sometimes be useful information for your administration. Invoice Office has a handy function to read the document history.
1. From "Sales" , go to the document you want to see the document history form.

2. Go to the document and right click "Action" . At the bottom of the list of options, click "View history".

3. You can now view the document history again.
