WooCommerce runs the shop. Invoice Office runs the administration behind it. Without a connection between them, every order gets entered twice — once by the customer, and once by you.
Where to set it up
Connectors are configured under Settings → Settings → System integrations. Open the WooCommerce connector, enter the credentials from your shop, and enable it with the switch.
Why connect your webshop
- Orders become invoices without retyping, which removes the most common source of billing errors in e-commerce.
- Customers and products stay aligned between the shop and the administration instead of becoming two versions of the same record.
- Your books stay current as you trade, so revenue, VAT and profit reflect what actually sold.
- It scales. Manual entry is fine at five orders a day and impossible at fifty — and the switch between those two happens faster than most shops expect.
Before you rely on it
- Check your document conditions. They apply to invoices the connector creates just as they do to invoices you raise yourself — see how to use document conditions.
- Watch the first few days. Volume makes a silent failure expensive, and catching it on day one costs far less than finding it at month end.
- Decide how automatic you want it. Reviewing the first batch as drafts before letting invoices send themselves is worth the small delay.
