Customer information
Most customer information can be stored in our customer module. This includes contact details such as name, phone number, and email address, along with broader account details like company information, address.

Customer settings
Within our customer module you can configure each customer with different settings. Like the currency code, sales tax code, profit account.
Default e-mail addresses per document type. Set the corresponding price list which should be applied on the invoice or quote page when selecting this customer.
But also which document design, e-mail template, payment & document terms should be applied for this customer.

Customer addresses
Your customers often have multiple addresses for various practical reasons, such as separate billing and shipping locations, multiple service sites (like a commercial business with several branches), or different addresses for personal and work-related deliveries.


Customer contact persons
Your customers can have multiple contact persons. Within our customer contact persons you can add manually unlimited contact persons for each customer.
Even better, you can download our customer bulk import template to import all your contact persons in one import. Instead of adding them manully per contact person.

Customer data
On the customer page you can easily see which documents are sent to this customer. Or which invoice payments are registered.
Also there are some menu options to see which products are shipped to the customer. By example for a call back or from a CRM perspective to see which items are already sold to a customer.
Also you can add attachments to the customer. Like Excel sheets, Word documents or other documents which are relevant for this customer.

Tasks & notes
For each customer you can create unlimited tasks. Those tasks are shown on the Tash Dashboad an can be integrated in your Google or MS Calendar.
You can create by example a task to follow up a quote, CRM activities or automating follow-ups.
