why do my documents have a “Draft/concept” in the background?

Once you finalize the document by clicking the “Finalize” option, under the “Send” button, you can’t modify the document anymore. It saves you from changing documents by mistake after sending them to the customer. You can finalize your documents from the option shown in the picture below.
