When you run a business that trades goods, it is very important to have customers and suppliers. So let’s start with how to create supplier and customer in the invoice office.
To create customers Go to your Contacts > Customers.
This will open the customer page, here you can enter all the data starting with the customer’s company name, vat number, bank name, and more.
Then we go on to customer contacts, which include your client’s name, email address, phone number, lead source, and so on. After that, we click “Create Customer” to create the customer.
Now we proceed to the supplier, Go to Contacts > Supplier.
This will open the Supplier page, here you can enter all the data starting with the customer’s company name, vat number, bank name, and more, then click on create a create supplier button to create your supplier.
Then go to the supplier’s contact information, which includes the supplier’s name, email, phone number, etc. Then click the create supplier button.
